The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:05 PM and welcomed the new St. F.X. Student’s Union representative, Mr. MS. MacIntosh.

Approval of Agenda

Moved by Councillor S. Cameron

“That the Agenda be approved with additions.” Motion carried.

Approval of Minutes

Moved by Mr. J. MacDonald

Seconded by Councillor W. Cormier

“That the Minutes of the Police & Licensing Committee held on March 5, 2009, be approved as circulated.” Motion carried.

Business from Minutes

· Police Advisory Board

The Committee was advised that at a meeting scheduled for later this evening, the application of Mr. F. Bell is expected to be ratified, after which a meeting of the Police Advisory Board is expected to be called.
