Tax rates for the 2010-11 year have been set at $.93 per $100 of assessment for residential properties and $2.47 per $100 of commercial assessment for commercial and business occupancy properties. There is a Residential Waste Collection levy of $198.75 per dwelling unit. All Taxes are due on June 30, 2010. Balances not paid after that date will bear interest at 6% per annum.
