Tax rates for the 2009-2010 year have been set at $.90 per $100 of assessment for residential properties and $2.36 per $100 of commercial assessment for commercial and business occupancy properties. There is a Residential Waste Collection levy of $198.75 per dwelling unit. All Taxes are due on June 30, 2009. Balances not paid after that date will bear interest at 10% per annum.
