That is why the Town of Antigonish, with the support of the Nova Scotia Department of Environment, will continue implementing its Backflow Prevention Program. The Town’s Backflow Prevention Program meets the regulatory requirement of the Nova Scotia Department of Environment to establish a cross-connection control program.
