Applications for the Low-Income Property Tax Exemption are now available for homeowners living in the Town of Antigonish.
Residents who are currently living in their home and have an annual household income of $35,000 or less are eligible to apply.
Homeowners must provide a copy of their 2024 Notice of Assessment with their application. The total tax exemption will now range from $250 to $750, depending on household income. Applications require a signature from a Commissioner of Oaths, a Town Councillor, or a Notary Public.

The deadline for submission is June 30, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.
