To help families beat the heat while still supporting conservation efforts, the Splash Pad will operate on limited hours from from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, until further notice. These limited hours start July 30, 2026.
The Voluntary Water Conservation Measures has been implemented in response to low water levels at the James River Dam and is part of our efforts to manage water usage responsibly during ongoing hot and dry conditions.
