Celebrate Christmas in the Town of Antigonish at Chisholm Park for an evening full of festive entertainment, holiday treats, and community cheer.

 

Date: Friday, November 28

Time: 6:00–7:30 PM

Location: Chisholm Park, Town of Antigonish

 

Enjoy performances from the Smith Highland Dancers, along with music by Peter Lumsden and Druhan Boyd, and cozy up for a heartwarming Christmas story reading. Kids and families can also join a Christmas scavenger hunt, run by Make Your Move Antigonish, for a chance to win gift cards to local shops. Also enjoy free Thirsty Elf Hot Chocolate, served by Antigonish Town Councillors and generously sponsored by StFX.

 

Families are invited to stop by Town Hall for Christmas photos with Lisa Delorey. Each family will receive one photo, with a download link provided after the event—perfect for holiday cards and keepsakes.

 

We’ll wrap up the evening together with a tree lighting in the park.

Santa Claus Parade

Due to the weather forecast, we’ve made the decision to postpone the Santa Claus Parade. But don’t worry – Santa’s visit is just delayed, not canceled! The parade has been rescheduled for Sunday, November 23 at the same time and same route. Mark your calendars, and get ready to spread some holiday cheer! Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to see you all on November 23.
