On Thursday, April 23, St. Francis Xavier University will be conducting a fire hydrant flow test. This may cause low water pressure and water discoloration on campus and in the surrounding area including St. Ninian Street, Hillcrest Street, and Kirk Street. 

This work is scheduled to begin at approximately 1 p.m. and will last about 15 minutes.
