Work on Bay Street will begin again in April. This is to finish the project started in the Fall from Haley Road to Adam Street. 

Residents will see an arborist in this area on Thursday, April 9 and Friday, April 10. Some trees are being removed to make room for the street to be realigned. There will be no impact to traffic for this work. 

More updates will be shared over the coming weeks for the next phases of construction. 

Work to be completed:

• Extending the new sewer line under the railway tracks (this will mainly be night work)
• New asphalt on the street and active transportation trail
• New concrete curbs and sidewalks
