The Town has been made aware of two ongoing scams in our area: 

1. Text messages regarding electric bills.

2. Letters about By-Law issues that are hand delivered without an envelope.

The Town does not send bills by text message.

All formal letters from the Town will be sent via Canada Post or other formal carriers and include letterhead, envelope and contact information.
