Public Notice: St. Ninian Street Crosswalk - May 21, 2026
Public Works will be painting the Canadian flag crosswalk on St. Ninian Street at Kirk Street on Thursday, May 21.
Public Notice: West Street - May 19 & 20, 2026
On Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20, both lanes of traffic on West Street (from James Street to Highland Drive) will be closed for paving. There will be a detour in place via Fairview Street. The Town of Antigonish apologizes for any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience as crews finish this phase of West Street.

As work on the Bay Street Project continues, there will be traffic control in place on Wednesday, May 20, Thursday, May 21, and Friday, May 22.
